ARTIST PROFILE

Hi! I'm Adi, and I'm an artist from Israel. 

I am fascinated with the interactions between chaos & control - and how they expose the thoughts, feelings & soul of the creator, as well as the beholder. The therapeutic effect of laying those in the open, embedded in my creations, is for me the underlying current driving my art.

My recent work revolves around a tribute to sea & water, about natural materials and their place within our world, around resolving the conflict between the natural and the industrial, the colorful and the static, the eternal and the transient. 

 

I’ve been mixing natural & industrial materials on canvas, trying to create a symbiosis between industrial materials such as acrylic, water & oil colors with natural materials such as sea-sand, charcoal and stone powder.
